Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing advertising campaigns on Tencent Ads, ByteDance Ads, Baidu SEM, and Xiaohongshu Spotlight Promotion accounts, including account setup, keyword selection and categorization, creative copywriting, and landing page optimization;

2. Responsible for optimizing SEM account structure, keyword and creative quality, and image creativity, analyzing data, being data-driven, and effectively evaluating data;

3. Responsible for optimizing information flow account campaigns, conducting in-depth analysis and summarization of various advertising data and campaign performance, identifying issues through data analysis, and optimizing target audiences, creative content, and material directions;

4. Monitor keyword rankings, ad performance reports, and analyze competitor situations in real-time, and make reasonable adjustments promptly;

5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly promotion reports, and be familiar with basic spreadsheet formats and functions;

6. Monitor and analyze ad accounts to ensure healthy ad placement, improve ad performance, analyze ad copy, and implement account optimization operations;

7. Willing to travel within Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai regions as part of project teams.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher;

2. Preferably with over 1 year of experience in Tencent Advertising, ByteDance Advertising, or SEM bidding promotion, with practical experience in information flow advertising, familiarity with promotion backends, and familiarity with new product features;

3. Quick-thinking, innovative, sensitive to data changes, with strong analytical and judgmental skills, capable of independently developing and executing search engine marketing strategies;

4. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in commonly used office software such as Excel and PowerPoint, with good ability to present text, data, and charts, and capable of independently completing professional reporting on ad campaigns;  

5. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork capabilities, with a responsible and diligent work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly with proper reporting;  

6. Responsible for the performance of the advertising accounts and platforms under their management;
