Project Content
Provenance will build its future factory into an intelligent one, integrating automation, lean production, and informatization to lead industry standards and establish itself as a benchmark enterprise in the industry. The project planning scope includes the layout planning of the new factory's first, second, and third plants. The total construction area of the entire park is approximately 138,000 square meters (approximately 206 acres). The planning content includes overall park planning suggestions, workshop layout, warehousing planning, logistics planning, and other service content, which can meet the diversified production needs of the future.
Project process and outcomes
The new factory project of Yangzhou Baolai Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. spanned three months. The Jinggong Intelligent team fully integrated lean concepts, broke traditional production models, and aimed to build an intelligent factory through productization, leanization, automation, and other solutions. Starting from park planning, workshop layout, intelligent warehousing, lean logistics, and visitor route planning, they constructed a high-precision, high-quality intelligent factory for the powder metallurgy industry. Project estimated benefits: 1. Site utilization rate increased by 40% ↑; 2. Workshop in-process product quantity reduced by 30% ↑; 3. Handling frequency reduced by 4 times ↑; 4.
